Sound reinforcement system for the gymnasium of Chenzhou No.1 Middle School

Chenzhou No.1 Middle School was founded in 1906. In 1959, it was designated as a provincial key middle school, and in 1989, it was designated as a provincial experimental middle school. In 1995, after the withdrawal of land and the establishment of a city in Chenzhou, the school was placed under the direct jurisdiction of the city and designated as a deputy department level unit. Following the concept of "diversified educational system and group based educational scale", in addition to the main campus, the school also founded Chenzhou Jujing Experimental Middle School and Chenzhou China Australia Cooperative International Experimental School.

Due to the rectangular shape of the sports arena, and the large proportion of audience seats on the north and south sides of the arena. Therefore, in the sound reinforcement service in this audience area, considering the vertical difference and wide horizontal width of the seats in the entire north and south stands, in order to ensure that the audience seats can receive sufficient sound pressure and good voice clarity. Because we arranged the design scheme in groups on both sides of the stage, equipped with two sets of main amplification linear array speakers consisting of six VQ12LX full frequency linear array speakers and two W218 ultra-low frequency speakers.

Hang one set of audience seats on each side to cover the entire area. The angle adjustment between each unit module of the vertically suspended "J" - shaped line array and the horizontal plane allows for asymmetric downward projection, thereby accurately controlling the coverage of various distances in the far-field and near-field. This ensures the clarity and uniformity of the sound field in the listening area, allowing the on-site sound energy to extend to every corner of the long axis audience seat to the maximum extent possible.
